InvestRecord Club is a "paid-to-surf" traffic exchange that provides our free members and upgraded members with the opportunity to earn both credits and cash by viewing the websites promoted by other online professionals.

By signing up to InvestRecord Club you are acknowledging that you have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions stated in this agreement. Any members that are found in violation of the terms stated are subject to immediate account cancellation and loss of all earnings. All members must be of legal age in your state and country for submitting a contract. You agree that the information that you submit to InvestRecord Club is valid.

Upgrade payments made to InvestRecord Club are considered membership fees, not investments or deposits of any kind. All membership fees are non-refundable. Any charge-back to the membership fees will result in account cancellation. All earnings or profits cannot be guaranteed. It may become necessary for the management team of InvestRecord Club to review and change the earning rate and referral commission to enhance the longevity of the program.

If InvestRecord Club is inaccessible for a pre-defined amount of time for a majority of members, it will be declared a paid holiday. All members will not have to surf for that day and earnings will be compensated. This does not apply if individual members cannot surf for troubles not associated with InvestRecord Club or minor glitches in the program.

You are entitled only to sign up one account with valid information and email. You must maintain your email account that you used when signing up InvestRecord Club. You agree to receive email from InvestRecord Club and your upline (referrer) for any updates or notification newsletters.

Membership fees must be funded with your own valid payment processor account. Each account can only associate with a single email and payment processor account. Sharing of the same payment processor account (purchased with or paid to) will not be tolerated.

Free members (never upgraded before) must upgrade their account within 7 days to avoid account cancellation. Upgraded members will be downgraded to free members once all their upgrade packages have expired. Your account will be deleted if you are inactive for 20 days.

All referral earnings are one-time percentage payment based on your referrals' membership fees. You do not earn commission on the earnings of your referrals. You understand and agree that you will not generate referral earnings for multiple accounts in one household or from the same IP address. Referral earnings will only be applied on accounts that are not held by members from the same household or IP address.

Earnings of upgrade units and dividends will be processed automatically upon the expiration of your upgrade packages. You agree that you will allow up to 7 days for upgrade earnings and dividends to be verified and processed. Payment will be paid only to the same payment processor account used for upgrading your account.

InvestRecord Club reserves the right to modify this agreement anytime without prior notification to its members. All members should visit this page periodically to review its contents for updates and changes.

In order to ensure the seamless surfing for our members and advertising efficiency for our advertisers, it is required that each site that you promote on our site must comply with the following rules:

* No code to break out of our surf bar frame.
* No broken, under-construction or slow-loading sites.
* No inappropriate, illegal, adult, violent content and any text or material that might reasonably cause offense.
* No any PTP sites.
* No pop-ups, pop-ins, redirects, rotators, messages, scripts, downloads, errors, dialog boxes, malicious code or anything which could interrupt our automatic page rotation.
